Nancy Shulman, Broker/Owner, has been a practicing Real Estate Broker in the Berkshires since 2004.   From 1988-2001 Nancy owned M&N Realty, Inc. in Keene, NH.  In addition to her many years of experience as a residential broker and a Certified Buyer-Broker, she handled multiple commercial transactions (including Applebee’s, Lindt Chocolates, Strawberries), and was the co-owner and developer of a beautiful 275-acre residential development in southwestern New Hampshire.    

Nancy was born and raised in Pittsfield, MA.  Prior to moving back, she was a frequent visitor and became familiar with the changes the area was going through over the years.   Her experience in the real estate business coupled with familiarity of the area, make practicing real estate in the Berkshires a natural choice.

In addition to her experience in real estate, she has many years of sales and marketing in the high tech field, general business experience, a BA from Brandeis University, an MBA from the Isenberg School at University of Massachusetts, and an MS in Internet Strategy Management from Persons School at Marlboro College. 

Nancy is active in several organizations as a member of:  Miss Hall’s Alumni Association; Brandeis University Alumni Admissions Council; the Board of the non-profit organization Berkshire Carousel, Inc; and 3 committees for the Berkshire Board of Realtors.

Nancy is the proud mother of two bright and handsome sons, Scott Bloomberg, who graduated from University of Massachusetts with a degree in Sport Management worked for The Atlanta Hawks Organization and is off to law school, and Michael Bloomberg, a junior at University of Massachusetts and future U.S. Senator.
